Join our group Breathwork Sessions every Wednesday. Bring your yoga mat, favorite blanket and blindfold, or simply show up and we will provide all you need for you.
Once we review all the breathwork mechanics we describe the journey. A total of 5 rounds of breathing at different pace and with beautiful music in the background to help you stay with the flow. Once you've achieved a level of relaxation and deep connection with yourself, we journey deep inward with a guided meditation that shows you the answers you have been seeking and helps you clear anything from your past.
