When was the last time you spent an evening filled with mindfulness? Really honouring yourself, your heart, your mind, YOU!
We invite you on November 11th to join us to remember what it is like to mindfully bring balance to your inner feminine and masculine and fall in love with all your are. A sacred union of inner peace.
During this evening we will:
- Connect as a group through breathwork
- Connect to our hearts with ceremonial cacao
- Connect to our bodies through restorative yoga
