About the event
Breathwork has become more and more popular. There are various types of breathwork but all modalities share the same long-term benefits. Benefits include: strengthening immune system, reduced stress, reduced anxiety and depression, improved sleep, increase mental focus, alkalizing blood pH, reduction of PTSD and feelings of trauma and balancing blood pressure.
Those are just a few of the benefits. And you can reap these benefits by becoming more aware of your breath techniques.
What will I need?
To make the most of your session all you need are the following:
- Access to realizable wifi
- A quiet and private room
- Comfortable chair/recliner
What should I expect?
This session will be guided by a certified Elemental Rhythm Facilitator. The session is 90 minutes. You will be sharing The virtual space with a group of people all joining from their own homes. The entire session will be guided with music and includes a guided meditation, space for integration and a short debrief to close.
Do I need experience in breathwork?
No. Beginners are welcome.
