Life Design Workshop: You Are Here is the first session in a monthly series designed to support you in exploring different areas of your life—your relationships, health, purpose, finances, and more—with intention and awareness.
In this session, we begin by grounding ourselves in the present moment and taking an honest look at where we stand today.
Through guided reflection and simple tools, you’ll explore what areas of your life feel aligned, what may need attention, and what you’re ready to shift.
