Moccasin-Making Workshop

In this two-day workshop, Grandmother Shore will guide you through the process of making your own pair of moccasins. 

You will also learn about the relationship between physiology and psychology (and how you can work from one to affect a change in the other). 

We will go over introductory teachings such as: 

• Learning about a person based on aspects of their footprints

• Practice spinal exercises

• Practice fox-walking, inner tracking and natural world mapping
