Two nights of full connection with yourself, nature, spirit and community.
Friday evening will set the tone for the rest of the weekend. A beautiful and powerful ceremonial fire to set clear intentions, release and connect with the weekend group.
Saturday invites you to walk in the forest (weather permiting), spend time inwards either journaling, joining the sharing circle or joining the drum circle. We walk into natural medicines - hot and cold therapy and brethwork. Rest and be ready to connect with the Vine of the Soul - a journey to all you are.
Sunday is gentle integration - one-on-one integrations sessions available.
