Your satisfaction is priority. If you need to return or exhange an item, please note the items must be returned in the condition you received them - this means NOT worn, washed or altered. Please make sure to include the original sales receipt and the return authorization number you are provided.
The return authorization number and the confirmed shipping address will be sent to you - simply email lunaysol.0315@gmail.com and include the following details: your name, order number, name of items you are returning and the reason for returning said item(s). Luna y Sol is not responsible for any exchange or return shipping costs. If the items returned do not meet our return policy requirements we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Please allow three weeks from the day the item(s) was received to receive a refund or exchange.
Any clearance items are final sales.
Although not necessary, it is recommended to use trackable shipping.
Please allow 7-12 bueiness days for refunds to appear bak in your method of payment. For any international refunds this can take up to 14 business days.
